1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).
Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened tattoo supplies, digital products (e.g., digital art, aftercare guides), or custom-made items are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us at support@helix.tattoo with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Step 2: We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Step 3: Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account (varies by bank/payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.
Digital downloads, custom designs, or personalized items.
Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective).
Original shipping fees (except for errors on our part).

A detailed reason for return.
Photos of damaged/defective items (if applicable).
We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
